1. Check the fastening condition of sliding block pressing plate bolts of electric screw press once a month, and make a good registration to ensure the accuracy of the records.

2. Check the tightness of the locking nut and the copper nut pressure plate once a week.

3. Check the fastening condition of the lock nut of the brake cylinder jacking rod of the electric screw press and the wear condition of the brake belt once a week.  

4. Regularly check the tightness of the cylinder bolts of the electric screw press, and make a record.  

5. Each shift should check the clearance of electric screw press guide rail and adjust fastening.  

6. Check the spherical bearing clearance of the electric screw press once every three months. If the clearance is too large, the sound will be loud when striking, the lock nut can be adjusted to keep the spherical bearing clearance at about 0.5mm.
